Tags are now keyrings, not collar tags - to begin with, four shapes to choose from (star, bone, circle, heart), in black, white, army green or pink. Same £12, same setup, same everything else.

Fixed a gap where only the first two people on a dog’s account would receive finder alerts, regardless of how many members had been added. Every active member now gets alerted simultaneously, each with their own login link.
Alert emails sent to vets and rescues now include a short explanation of why they're receiving the message and how the network works, so the right people know exactly what to do when a lost dog alert lands in their inbox.
Dog rescues are now part of the Lost Then Found alert network. When you report your dog missing and choose to alert nearby businesses, registered rescues within 10 miles are included alongside vets, groomers and pet shops.
You could always delete your account and data - now it's locked down properly. Hit delete and we'll email you a code first, so it can't happen by accident, or by someone who definitely isn't you.

If a finder doesn't hear back from you in a few minutes, they get a button to resend the alert. Still nothing? We show them your dog's vet, plus the nearest one to where they're standing. Your dog's never just left hanging about.
First person to reply to an alert gets the finder. The other contact gets a quick "all sorted" message so you're not both racing to reply at once.
Add a second contact to any tag, their own email and phone number. Both of you get the alert at the same time, so it's never down to just one person checking their phone.
