We'll send you a new physical tag pre-programmed with your original URL. When it arrives, click the confirmation link in the dispatch email to activate it. Your dog's profile, URL, and all settings stay exactly as they were.
⚠ Replacements are like-for-like - same colour and size as your original tag. If you'd like a different colour or size, go to your dashboard and use the "Order another colour or size" option instead.
